Greet guests upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile, using guests' names whenever possible;
Ensure check-in/check-out is completed in a timely manner and follow up after check-in to ensure guest satisfaction;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates and promotions and communicate them to guests;
Receive and note all incoming mail as required per the daily shift checklist;
Pitch in to assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed to maintain a spotless hotel
