Overview
Technical Lead will serve as a project lead providing oversight of a team responsible for conducting sharply focused technical and cyber intelligence analysis. Leveraging multiple sources of data, unique analytic tools, applications, and capabilities, this role directly supports stakeholder requirements and priorities. The Technical Lead will manage approximately 30 contractors consisting of cyber and all-source analysts, ensuring the quality and efficiency of contractor performance.
This role also supports joint operations by managing the development, sustainment, and enhancement of operational support systems. Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel is required. This position requires full-time, onsite attendance Monday through Friday in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

Coordinate and manage contractor performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
Support joint operations by managing development, sustainment, and enhancement of operational support systems.
Engage with stakeholders to align work with requirements and priorities.
QualificationsClearance requirement:
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- 12 years of experience, including supervisory or management experience
- 7 years of experience in the last 10 years leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements
- 7 years of experience in the last 10 years supporting the intelligence community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in the areas of intelligence collection, policy, and intelligence systems and capabilities
- 7 years of experience in the last 10 years applying principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including the use of HUMINT and SIGINT methods
- 5 years of experience in the last 10 years developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations
- 5 years of experience in the last 10 years writing analytical reports (e.g., IIRs), serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products
- 5 years of experience in the last 10 years in project management, including responsibility for scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule
Travel:
Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
