LocationThis role is based out of Linthicum, MD, Rolling Meadows, IL or San Diego, CA with a hybrid option.
What You’ll Get To Do- Perform Open Order Report (OOR) management, including dock dates, need dates, contract dates, and program communications.
- Define and develop material strategy for on‑time supplier delivery.
- Proactively assess delivery risks and collaborate with Programs.
- Lead supplier issue management, prioritization, and expediting.
- Complete quarterly supplier assessments (SAMS), facilitate Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs), manage Supplier Management Plans, and Supplier Production Readiness Reviews.
- Analyze lead times and identify critical path procurements.
- Review requirements for non‑standard parts, analyze lead times, and identify critical path procurements.
- Analyze, aggregate, and prioritize supply/demand requirements.
- Develop relationships with suppliers’ personnel for quick response.
- Associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, business, and/or closely related field OR Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, business, and/or closely related field.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Experience with team collaboration.
- Experience in resolving problems with peers and customers.
- Experience in supplier manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 – $
Award is based on base salary, overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, long‑term incentives and benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays, and paid time off for vacation and personal business.
