Store Manager Trainee

Overview

Colliflower Inc. is a Parker Hannifin distributor of hoses and fittings offering opportunities for growth. This role is a Store Manager Trainee with a path to store management and leadership opportunities. The position involves learning store operations, customer service, fabrication of hose assemblies, inventory management, budgeting, and sales. Regional travel is required and reliable transportation is needed.

• Parts counter and store operations management
• Fabricate hose assemblies (training provided)
• Manage and maintain proper inventory levels in the store
• Maintain a clean, organized, and brand‑consistent store facility
• Provide product and sales guidance to customers
• Collaborate with the Colliflower team to build sales and provide superb service
• Become a trusted expert in hose technology conveyance and applications

• Proficiency with math, measurements and understanding metrics

• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and own transportation
• High school degree or equivalent
• Having a mechanical aptitude is beneficial
