Job Summary
Fast Park & Relax, the nation’s premier offsite airport parking company, is seeking a positive, high-energy, and experienced Sales & Marketing Representative to promote brand awareness and drive business growth in the Cleveland market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys face-to-face interactions, building relationships, and representing a trusted brand in the travel and hospitality industry.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop and deliver consistent branding messages.
- Conduct daily and weekly business-to-business (B2B) visits and outbound calls throughout the Cleveland area.
- Represent the company at vendor fairs, trade shows, and community events.
- Identify and pursue target customers and new market opportunities.
- Collect and compile customer feedback into organized, actionable reports for company leadership.
- Maintain accurate sales records to track, review, and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance.
- Prepare and present reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Develop and distribute sales, training, and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, promotional sales, customer service, or a related field required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a field‑based role.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a sales or related role.
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Experience working with parking management software or similar systems (preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong sales aptitude and the ability to upsell or cross‑sell products/services.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (if applicable).
- Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures (preferred).
