Security Manager - TS​/SCI

Spry Methods is seeking a Security Manager to provide leadership, management, and quality oversight for personnel supporting physical security and related security operations. This key personnel position will coordinate contractor activities, maintain communication with Government stakeholders, monitor performance, and ensure security services are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with program requirements. The Security Manager will oversee security personnel and activities supporting facility inspections, access control, visitor management, security-system monitoring, incident reporting, compliance reviews, and corrective-action tracking.

• Lead and oversee contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting security operations.

• Coordinate work assignments, staffing, schedules, quality control, and performance.

• Serve as the primary contractor interface for security-related activities and stakeholder communications.

• Ensure security tasks, records, reports, and deliverables comply with program requirements and applicable policies.

• Oversee physical security inspections, access-control activities, visitor management, and monitoring of security cameras and alarms.

• Track security incidents, vulnerabilities, compliance findings, and corrective actions through completion.

• Maintain visibility into technical, contractual, personnel, programmatic, and resource risks.

• Support preparation of security reports, inspection documentation, audit records, performance metrics, and recommended corrective actions.

• Promote consistent security procedures, documentation, quality standards, and continuous process improvement.

• Assist with applicable financial and business processes without performing inherently governmental functions.

• Communicate emerging issues, performance concerns, and resource limitations to Government stakeholders.

• Maintain responsibility for the quality and efficiency of contractor security performance.

• TS/SCI clearance eligibility.

• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification.

• At least three years of experience within the last ten years managing a security program of similar size and complexity.

• Experience leading personnel and coordinating security-program activities.

• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to identify security risks, monitor performance, and coordinate timely corrective actions.

$135,000 - $145,000 a year

This position is tied to a federal proposal effort. Employment is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of the customer's onboarding and security requirements. Start dates and final reporting instructions will be confirmed upon award.
