Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
American Community Management is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain the safety, appearance, and overall quality of our communities.
This hands-on position is ideal for someone with a broad range of maintenance and repair skills who takes pride in keeping properties in excellent condition. From repairing drywall and fencing to installing signage and addressing general upkeep needs, no two days are the same. As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in enhancing the resident experience by ensuring community spaces remain attractive, functional, and well-maintained.

This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $24–$26 per hour
