Seasonal Warehouse Staff

Summary: The Warehouse staff will operate a forklift, pick, pack, and ship orders, and ensure accurate handling of incoming and outgoing inventory. This role includes assembling equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service when interacting with vendors and clients. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Drive a forklift
• Be a team player and care about our customers
• Pick, pack, and ship orders
• Accurate shipping and receiving of inter-company transfer as well as purchase orders from vendors
• Logging of customer equipment and tools sent in for repairs
• Maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with customers and vendors
• Accurately process receiving and order fulfillment in ERP system
• Assembly of new equipment to be delivered to customers.
• Stock and organize inventory
• Load and unload trucks safely
  
  Make occasional local deliveries using pickup, trailer, or box truck
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Work towards continuous quality improvement.
• Uphold, support and promote all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Some warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using ERP systems (Net Suite a plus)
• Familiarity with LTL shipping processes
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record ability to obtain a DOT Health Card
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong organization skills
• Attention to detail is a must
• Comfortable working independently
• Self-motivated and driven
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in construction or industrial supply distribution is a plus.
