We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a multicultural environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build your international career.
Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.

Requirements
🇮🇹 Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
🇬🇧 English (B2) or higher

EU Passport or valid Portuguese work authorization (depending on project requirements)
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
