We are a warm, welcoming and forward-thinking Children’s Day Nursery in Gloucester, providing outstanding childcare for children aged 0–5 years. We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse who is passionate about early years education and wants to feel valued, supported and excited about coming to work. You’ll be part of a friendly, experienced team in a well‑resourced nursery with strong staffing levels and excellent support.

• Supporting children aged 0–5 years in line with the EYFS framework
• Planning and delivering fun, engaging, age‑appropriate activities
• Supporting children’s learning and development through play
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress
• Working as part of a supportive room team with floating staff available

40 hours per week
4 or 5 days per week
Shifts between 7:30am – 6:30pm
No weekends

• Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• A genuine passion for childcare and child development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Right to work in the UK

• £28,000 – £30,500 salary depending on experience
