Two Children's Residential Support Workers are required to start immediately in a Lisburn based care facility supporting vulnerable children and adolescents who require residential childcare. The role involves providing young people with a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. The children and young people may have mild learning difficulties, substance misuse issues, challenging behaviours and/or mental health needs, so candidates should be confident in providing appropriate care and support in a variety of circumstances.
This is a temporary position offering up to 30 hours per week, the shift pattern will be 10pm-8am, with working days varying from week to week. The hourly pay rate ranges from £18.27 to £22.49, depending on the shift worked. The assignment is expected to run for a minimum of six months, with the potential for an extension.
