Overview
Multi Skilled Carpenter
Location:
South Birmingham
Contract:
Temp or temp to perm
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £23 per hour (CIS)

- Carry out a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic/social housing settings
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties
- Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry / Joinery (can consider time served)
- Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades - desirable to have experience with fire doors / glazing
- Weekly pay
- Company van & fuel card (business use only)
