Up to £46800  van About the Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Floor Layer to join a busy and growing specialist flooring contractor operating across the North East. This role will focus on delivering high-quality resin, screed, and polyurethane (PU) flooring systems across commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities Installation of resin flooring systems (epoxy, PU, etc.) Application of screeds including preparation and finishing Working with polyurethane (PU) flooring systems Subfloor preparation - grinding, priming, levelling Delivering high-quality finishes in line with project specifications Working across a range of commercial and industrial sites Adhering to health & safety standards at all times Requirements Proven experience in resin flooring, screeding, and PU systems Strong understanding of surface preparation and application techniques Ability to work independently and within a team High attention to detail and strong work ethic CSCS card (preferred) Full UK driving licence (preferred) What's on Offer Strong pipeline of ongoing work Opportunity to work on specialist, technical projects Supportive and professional working environment
