We are currently looking for a Service Engineer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will play a key role in maintaining and optimising installations that help our customers improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions and move towards a vital net zero future.

The Role

As a Service Engineer, you will carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on installations.

Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved, you will efficiently diagnose and implement all reactive maintenance work on our clients’ installations, as well as other users’ installations.

You will oversee and work to optimise the operational processes of a company's systems to increase productivity and reduce their use of excess time and materials.

About You
  • - At a minimum, an ONC/D or City & Guilds qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • - To be a competent time-served technician, preferably with a minimum of 3 years’ industrial electrical experience
  • - To be competent in fault-finding electrical control panels to component level
  • - To have the ability to read and interpret electrical design drawings
  • - To have effective IT skills and competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages
  • - A full, valid driving licence

Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm

This role will involve weekend work and possible out-of-hours work. You will be required to participate in an established 24-hour callout programme based on a rota system.
