Position: Groundworker (Social Housing)
Make a visible difference in local communities by helping maintain safe, well-presented social housing properties across Derry. This hands-on role offers varied work across both void and tenanted properties, from kerbing and flagging to fencing, roofing and general groundworks. Salary / Benefits Monday to Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm £13.50-£14.50 p/h DOE (Salary Review after 6 months) Varied work across void and tenanted properties Opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of social housing About your next employer This role supports the maintenance and improvement of social housing properties in the Derry area.

You will work across a range of practical tasks, helping to ensure properties and surrounding areas are safe, functional and well maintained. About you Relevant construction experience A strong work ethic and reliable approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team Full driving licence preferred CSR Card desirable Willingness to operate tools and equipment safely What you'll do Carry out groundworks and general maintenance across void and tenanted properties Complete kerbing, flagging, blockwork and concreting work Install and repair fencing Undertake roofing tasks as required Load and unload materials Operate tools and equipment safely Maintain clean and safe work areas Complete relevant site documentation Nice to have Experience working on social housing, void or tenanted properties Previous experience in kerbing, flagging, roofing, fencing, blockwork or concreting Experience completing site documentation Bring your construction experience to a role where your work makes a practical difference-apply today.
