Family Worker

This is an exciting opportunity for a practitioner experienced in providing family support and parenting interventions to children between the ages of 0-19 years to join the Family Help Team across South East Cornwall (Liskeard) as a full time Family Worker providing specific interventions for children, young people and their families.

You must hold a relevant level three professional qualificationrelated to supporting children and families e.g. Education, Health and Social Care and have experience of delivering services for children and their families.

The role requires travel across the area, including rural areas that may not have public transport links, so you will need to hold a full driver's licence and have access to a vehicle.
