Five Rivers Child Care in Liskeard, Cornwall, seeks a Residential Team Leader to guide a children’s home fostering stable routines and development. You will support daily care, education, and therapy, while leading a small team in a calm, rural setting on the edge of Bodmin Moor.
The role requires Level 3/4 in Children and Young People, a Level 4 Diploma, and a full UK driving licence. Sleep‑ins are paid at £50, with 39 hours/week and ample development opportunities.
