Tax Manager

Job Description

Our tax managers will work on a variety of tax returns—including individual, estate, trust, corporate and partnership returns—for federal, state, and local jurisdictions and for a variety of industries. We also value subject matter experts who wish to focus on their own chosen interests.

• Review the work of staff accountants and participate in one‑on‑one group training for the tax department.
• Manage or supervise all phases of client engagements.
• Serve as a lead provider of proactive tax planning, compliance, review, and research services for a diverse group of clients in one or more industries.
• Deliver presentations and write articles for clients.
• Provide leadership, supervision, training, and performance feedback to senior and staff level accountants.

• Thorough knowledge of tax in a public accounting setting.
• Experience working with high net worth individuals, family, and closely held businesses.
• Energetic tax professional who wants to be on a leadership track and build skills.
• Interest in providing top‑notch client service.
