The Part-Time Office Manager will serve as the primary onsite operational support resource for the Lisle office, helping maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This role will support day-to-day office operations, administrative coordination, meeting logistics, and general office management while partnering closely with leadership and shared services teams across the firm.

This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating structure, supporting people, and ensuring a high-quality office experience.

Responsibilities Office Operations & Administration
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lisle office
  • Ensure office spaces, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces remain organized and meeting ready
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and ordering
  • Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and deliveries
  • Support office maintenance requests and coordinate with building management as needed
Client Experience
  • Create a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors
  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and candidates visiting the office
  • Coordinate meeting room scheduling and onsite meeting logistics
  • Assist with office events, team lunches, and employee engagement activities
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to local leadership and teams as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Support expense submission and invoice processing where applicable
  • Maintain organized office files, records, and documentation
Required Experience
  • 1–3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, receptionist, or operations coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage priorities

    Lisle Office – M-F (11:00am – 3:30pm)
  • Role Classification:
    Part-Time, Non-Exempt – 20+ hours per week
