Salary: $65,000.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting degree preferred
- Knowledge of school accounting software
- Experience in a school district business office is desirable.
- General office skills including the ability to operate a computer and word processing and financial software.
- Knowledge of special education data collection is desirable.
- Strong desire to be part of a team that puts the needs of exceptional students first
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skill
- Effective collaborative problem-solving ability and independent work ethic
- Create school to school meal agreements
- Manage Food Handlers
- Manage monthly reporting
- Monitor expenditures against the grant budgets
- Send expenditure report to grant coordinator for review
- Submit monthly expenditure reports to ISBE
