Position: Office Manager (Part-Time) - Lisle, IL

The Mather Group is seeking a motivated Client Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll drive business growth through daily outreach to prospective clients, articulating TMG’s comprehensive wealth management services and fiduciary commitment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in financial planning, investment proposals, and tax strategies, while developing expertise in top‑tier technology platforms. Role

Responsibilities

Office Operations & Administration

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lisle office
  • Ensure office spaces, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces remain organized and meeting‑ready
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and ordering
  • Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and deliveries
  • Support office maintenance requests and coordinate with building management as needed

Client Experience

  • Create a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors
  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and candidates visiting the office
  • Coordinate meeting room scheduling and onsite meeting logistics
  • Assist with office events, team lunches, and employee engagement activities

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to local leadership and teams as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Support expense submission and invoice processing where applicable
  • Maintain organized office files, records, and documentation
Required Experience
  • 1–3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, receptionist, or operations coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage priorities
Role Information
  • Location:

    Lisle Office – M-F (11:00am – 3:30pm)
  • Role Classification:
    Part‑Time, Non‑Exempt – 20+ hours per week
  • Compensation: $22.00/hr
