HiL Validation Engineer
We are looking for a HiL Validation Engineer with experience in automotive ECU validation and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Vector and/or dSPACE tools, test automation, and automotive communication protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Perform HiL testing and validation for automotive systems such as ADAS, Powertrain, Brakes, Body, or Safety.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
- Work with Vector (CANoe, CANalyzer, VTestStudio) and/or dSPACE (Automation Desk, Control Desk) tools.
- Develop automation using Python, CAPL, EXAM, ECUTest, or Robot Framework.
- Validate ECU functionality and analyze test results.
- Ensure requirement traceability and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience in Automotive HiL Validation.
- Strong experience with Vector, dSPACE, ETAS, or NI HiL platforms.
- Experience in one or more domains: ADAS, Powertrain, Brakes, Active Safety, Passive Safety, or Body Electronics.
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, or Flex Ray protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or CAPL scripting.
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience with ECU testing and validation.
- Experience with ETAS INCA, Car Maker, ASM, or ECUTest.
- Knowledge of automotive embedded systems and ECU development.
- ISTQB or Vector certification is a plus.
