Overview
Join hubergroup USA as a Six Sigma/Lean Project Specialist in the Lisle, IL (USA) area!
hubergroup USA, a leading global supplier of printing inks, coatings, and related products, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Six Sigma Project Specialist, preferably from the printing ink industry, responsible for North American project and process management as a Black Belt using the Six Sigma/Lean methodology.
Responsibilities- Supporting the development of the North American Six Sigma/Lean approach
- Management of projects according to the Six Sigma/Lean methodology
- Consulting and support for Green Belt projects, Green Belt coaching in the methodology
- Success-oriented leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
- Organize phase reviews with the Champion and other project participants
- Support the champions in implementing the project results
- Preparing, organizing, and conducting optimization workshops
- Develop and maintain an appropriate system for monitoring Six Sigma/Lean activities and results
- Define and manage continuous improvement (CI) projects
- College/University degree in engineering or business administration
- Experience in process and project management, including common methodologies
- Successful completion of Six Sigma Black Belt training or equivalent project management certification
- Professional handling of KPIs
- Good user knowledge of all MS Office applications incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project, and Share Point
- Excellent English language skills in word and writing
- Personal working style:
Initiative and independence, analytical and structured working style (paired with the ability to largely eliminate subjective influences), diligence and motivation to deal with administrative, technical, and logistical processes. Open to changes - Entrepreneurial spirit:
Overall business orientation - Communication/cooperation: communication skills, ability to deal with conflict, ability to work in a team
- Leadership:
Managing people, delegating, controlling, and directing, motivating people in interdisciplinary project teams
