Scope of PositionAs a Service Field Supervisor at Automated Logic, you will guide and oversee Field Engineers, motivating them to grow and fostering a positive team morale. You will plan and set goals for your team, solve difficult problems, explain policies and procedures, and collaborate with other departments on processes.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Manage field engineers through training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Ensure the team optimizes their time on projects and properly records billing hours.
- Document and communicate with customers, subcontractors, and department managers.
- Oversee project completion, expenses, and quality control.
- Conduct interviews with potential field engineers.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Branch Operations Managers to allocate resources and manpower to optimize project completion.
- Complete required documentation for employees and projects.
- Provide technical assistance when needed.
- High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years of HVAC Controls experience, OR Associate Degree with 4+ years of HVAC Controls experience, OR Bachelor Degree with 2+ years of HVAC controls experience.
- Valid and current Driver’s License, insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
- Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related subject.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC controls, Building Automation, or related industry.
- Proficiency in Automated Logic and Phoenix software (e.g., Web Ctrl, Site Builder, View Builder, Logic Builder, or similar).
- Previous leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Ability to multitask on various large and diverse challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 and $, based on skills, education, experience, and unique qualifications.
Other CompensationEligible for short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
