Chamberlain is comprised of the College of Nursing and the College of Health Professions. The College of Nursing offers a three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program and flexible post-licensure programs, such as the RN to BSN option, Master of Science in Nursing degree program, Doctor of Nursing Practice degree program and graduate certificates. The College of Health Professions also offers the Master in Public Health, Master of Social Work and Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree programs.
We operate on a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week (Monday–Thursday). This approach enhances creativity, innovation, communication, and relationship-building, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Opportunity at a Glance
The position provides leadership to a multi-functional team. Services provided by the team include a variety of Shared Operations Center of Excellence support functions such as business process development, support of compliance/audit, quality assurance, training, communications and/or business operations functions including but not limited to course materials and health insurance processing. Supports and drives continuous improvement, change management and business process initiatives resulting in delivery of exceptional business results for all institutions, students and stakeholders.
The role requires strong collaboration and project management with internal Shared Operations Center of Excellence, institutional leaders and other departments (Regulatory Affairs, Internal Audit, Marketing, Finance, etc…) to drive process improvement delivery through exemplary process design/improvement/management skills using proven best practice techniques and methodologies. Leverages and leads technology solutions to deliver business process results. Drives performance within Shared Operations and institutional partners within the Health Care and Professional Education verticals to impact the student experience and support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Manages multiple functions for multiple institutions and internal business partners ensuring seamless, student-centric processes to deliver exceptional business performance results. Leadership of functions may include and are not limited to business process improvement / project management, support of systems and technology alignment to business needs, quality assurance, audit support, training, communications, and a variety of business operations functions. All projects and functions performed in alignment with service quality and audit compliance objectives.
Student finance and registrar services/academic business processes may be supported. - Directs future growth by developing scalable services for the organization Continually analyzes processes and outcomes.
