• Be the Voice:
  Handle customer service and sales calls to help people get the solutions they need.
• Digital Organization Boss:
  Keep service tickets organized and digitally file important information.
• Data Detective:
  Ensure customer information in our CRM and Sharepoint is accurate and up-to-date.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire:
  Determine service costs, handle payments, and ensure billing is smooth.
• Maintenance Mission Control:
  Help customers with maintenance plans, answer questions, and process renewals.
• Tech Whisperer:
  Create efficient routes for field technicians so they can get to jobs quickly.
• Task Master:
  Generate cases, service tickets, and schedules for the tech team.
• Communication Ninja:
  Confirm appointments with customers via calls, emails, and texts, keeping everyone in the loop.
• Level Up As Needed:
  Tackle other assignments as needed; we are a collaborative team.

• Modern Phone Systems
