We're focused on Excellence in Elevation, and we're looking for a full-time Field Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisle, IL.
Your Daily Missions- Be the Voice:
Handle customer service and sales calls to help people get the solutions they need. - Digital Organization Boss:
Keep service tickets organized and digitally file important information. - Data Detective:
Ensure customer information in our CRM and Sharepoint is accurate and up-to-date. - Problem Solver Extraordinaire:
Determine service costs, handle payments, and ensure billing is smooth. - Maintenance Mission Control:
Help customers with maintenance plans, answer questions, and process renewals. - Tech Whisperer:
Create efficient routes for field technicians so they can get to jobs quickly. - Task Master:
Generate cases, service tickets, and schedules for the tech team. - Communication Ninja:
Confirm appointments with customers via calls, emails, and texts, keeping everyone in the loop. - Level Up As Needed:
Tackle other assignments as needed; we are a collaborative team.

- Modern Phone Systems
- Automated Attendant Systems
- Digital Telephones
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- CRM Software (experience a plus!)
- Various Cloud-Based Software Programs (we'll teach you!)
