Please note that this is a part‑time role with Mayflower Cruises and Tours. The hours for this role will vary depending on the season and times of travel.

• Able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, late nights/early mornings, and weekends
• Data entry utilizing Excel and in‑house systems
• Deliver exceptional guest experience
• Knowledge of IL, IN, WI Chicagoland areas
• Maintain professional relationships with direct guests, colleagues, and travel advisor partners
• Advise traffic solutions, and coordinate when needed
• Assist with projects or other assigned projects

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Positive, can‑do attitude
• Reliable and self‑motivated
• A drive for delivering an excellent guest experience
• Willingness to participate in and adapt to an ever‑changing environment
