• Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and guide them towards suitable products or services.
• Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting all interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and to achieve team goals.
• Provide product and service information to potential and existing customers.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency with standard office software and CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
