• Demonstrated ability in teaching and coaching a Volleyball program in a multicultural high school and/or unit district.
• Must be able to manage all levels within the program, organized, flexible, and work and communicate with parents and the Booster Club.
• Enhance, improve, and maximize students' athletic skills required to compete at a high level.
• Lead an athletic program for sustained participation and success.
• Works with the Athletic Department to ensure all games, officials, and transportation are scheduled.
• Other duties as determined by administrator.

• Required Experience or Training
• Valid Illinois State Teaching, Substitute, and/or ASEP Certification
• Knowledge of the sport
• Previous coaching experience at the high school level

• Commensurate with experience per  LEA Collective Bargaining Agreement (see attached)
• No benefits offered with this position

• 25-26 Extra Duty
