Duties
  • Assist the Director of Annual Giving with day‑to‑day operations, including data entry, donor stewardship, and general administrative support.
  • Contribute to the concept, design, and production of videography projects promoting Benedictine’s Day of Giving and other fundraising campaigns.
  • Support social media content creation and other digital marketing efforts to engage alumni, donors, and the campus community.
  • Help with website updates, storytelling, and creative materials that represent Benedictine’s mission and values.
  • Represent the Advancement Office in a professional manner when interacting with donors, alumni, and campus visitors.
Required Qualifications

Must be a currently enrolled Benedictine student in good standing.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must use a computer screen, phone and provide customer service. The role may require bending or sitting for long periods of time.

Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Following campus‑specific guidelines for pandemic protocols is required.

Training

As a University employee you are required to complete all University‑specific and/or OSHA related training to fulfill your job duties. Specific training will be conducted online or in person. Employees must complete all trainings required by Benedictine University.
