Elementary Dean of Students

• Completion of State-approved prequalification modules to serve as a Teacher Evaluator prior to start date
• Prior teaching and or administrative experience at the level to be assigned
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable
• Highly ethical and able to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrates professional conduct at all times
• Provide leadership to all staff regarding student discipline and behavioral interventions
• Displays quality work through accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective written, verbal, and technology based communication skills
• Works effectively and productively as a member of a team
• Demonstrates technology skills as required by job responsibilities
• Commits the necessary time and effort to meet professional responsibilities

• This position has a salary range of $70,000-$90,000 to commensurate with experience. Highly competitive benefits, including 100% Board‑paid TRS contributions and 100% Board‑paid employee health, dental, vision, and term life insurance.
• This is a 10‑month assignment, compensated for 190 days.
