Successful applicants will excel students on skills and knowledge of standardized SAT English test preparation including vocabulary, reading and writing.

• High energy level and ability to engage students
• Excellent presentation and mentoring skills to guide students of all levels to achieve their highest scores on test day
• Learn and retain knowledge related to all aspects of the SAT including knowledge of test format, dates offered, test enrollment process, and admissions timeline
• Ability to learn our methodology and strategies quickly
• Interest in developing course curriculums (creating lesson plans and activities)
• Active and ongoing classroom management
• Respond to or escape student related issues as they arise
• Work with school staff to ensure student needs met

• BA/BS preferred
• Previous training/teaching experience in English Language Arts preferred
• Weekend availability required
• A work permit required
