Job Title
Kindi Academy in Lisle, IL is growing its High School program and is looking for dedicated faculty members to join our strong team of passionate educators for the school year! Specifically, we're looking for teachers strong in content in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Social Studies.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and their content area. Those with Masters or Doctoral degrees within their content area are also strongly encouraged to apply. Some of the general responsibilities we look for in our candidate are:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and academic growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and/or specific Content Area (Masters and Doctoral Degrees in the content area also strongly encouraged to apply).
- State teaching certification/license (Preferred)
- Classroom experience of at least 3 years is highly advantageous
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
