We're looking for a talented, and passionate Regulatory Compliance Engineer to join our team and help us take our company to the next level.
The position will be responsible for ensuring all International products maintain regulatory compliance with the EPA, CARB, and ECCC. Strong management and government relations skills are required, as this position will be the front-line representative supporting compliance-related issues. The Regulatory Compliance Engineer supports various reporting requirements such as defect reports, remedial plans, field fix documents, and defect investigation reports. Additionally, the role involves developing and guiding International’s product development strategies concerning current and future regulations.
Responsibilities- Interface with government agencies regarding compliance reporting, investigations, warranty, and other regulatory issues.
- Author and submit defect and warranty reports to EPA, CARB, and ECCC.
- Review federal, California, and ECCC regulations and advisories.
- Manage engine and vehicle exemption control processes and reporting.
- Analyze engine and vehicle assembly plant records and emission label build error reports.
- Review and approve product change requests and notices for regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science.
OR
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields, with graduation prior to the first day of employment.

Desired Skills- Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Knowledge of gasoline/diesel and EV powertrain products.
- Experience or knowledge of EV and ZEV powertrains.
- Understanding of USMCA regulations.
- Experience with GHG and NOX emissions tracking.
