Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
Farnsworth Group is seeking an OSP Project Manager in one of the posting locations below. Qualified candidates will work with our Energy & Utility Group as part of the Telecommunications Team in the planning, drafting, design, permitting, and construction administration of telecommunications and utility projects.

- Manage client relationships and projects
- Support development of proposals – including project scope, schedule and budget
- Complete design and posting of telecommunications projects
- Review projects for accuracy, quality, and adherence to client specifications
- Plan and oversee work production to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Oversee work completed by technical and professional production staff
- Provide direction and support for permit plans and work prints drafted in AutoCAD, Microstation, Bluebeam, etc.
- Provide office support for site visits and participate in site visits which may include overnight travel
- Minimum of 4 years of OSP design experience
- Experience in all aspects of Legal Mandate, IFP, Fiber Overbuild, FTTH, or Light
GIG projects – including field data gathering, design and permitting - Positive work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time while working on several projects concurrently whether in the office or field/remotely
- Supervisory experience in OSP engineering design or construction
- Experience in surveying or utility locating
- Experience with AutoCAD or Micro Station
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree a plus
- Degree in Engineering or related field a plus

$85,000 - $120,000 (Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
