* Partner with Suppliers & Customers

Review supplier quality documentation, support component qualification activities, ensure completion of customer-required quality documentation, and assist with shipping judgments and product disposition decisions.

* Drive Continuous Improvement & Product Development Excellence

Lead initiatives focused on improving product development quality, strengthening AQP execution, enhancing risk identification and mitigation, and improving launch readiness across the design and development process. Drive standardization, lessons learned integration, and continuous improvement while supporting compliance to ISO, and EH&S requirements.

* Provide Global Launch Support

Collaborate with global teams and suppliers through regular off-hours meetings and periodic international travel to Asia to support product launches, supplier development, and manufacturing readiness activities.
