• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline required.
• 3+ years of experience in construction and civil engineering.
• CPM scheduling knowledge and estimating skills.
• Strong understanding of construction engineering principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Microstation, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
• Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
• Basic knowledge of soil, aggregates, concrete, and bituminous materials.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or significant progress toward licensure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
• High motivation and a strong sense of ownership over work quality and deadlines.

• Support transportation and infrastructure project execution under the guidance of senior staff.
• Inspect construction activities and document compliance with contract documentation.
• Read and interpret contract drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Measure and calculate project quantities performed in the field.
• Prepare technical reports to record daily construction activities and findings.
• Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing work completed by junior staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to market firm capabilities and build client relationships.
