J.A. Watts, Incorporated (JWI) seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex transportation and infrastructure projects within our Engineering & Design department. Based in our collaborative, woman-owned firm, you will manage multidisciplinary design efforts, coordinate with construction management teams, and oversee project scope, schedule, and budget for public and private clients. Responsibilities include technical leadership, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex transportation, aviation, and infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams within the Engineering & Design department.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and quality for public and private client projects.
- Provide technical review and guidance on engineering deliverables.
- Collaborate with construction management staff to ensure constructible, cost-effective designs.
- Interface with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and manage expectations.
- Support proposal development, scope definition, and resource planning.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
