Finance Manager

Molex is seeking a highly motivated Segment Finance Lead to partner with business leadership and support the growth, profitability, and long-term success of a strategic global business. In this role, you will provide financial insight and guidance through forecasting, planning, profitability analysis, and performance reviews while helping leaders make informed business decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives.

This position offers significant visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence key decisions that drive business performance.

You will support a strategic business within Molex's Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU), which helps enable the next generation of AI, cloud, enterprise, and networking infrastructure. As demand for high-speed connectivity continues to accelerate, this business plays an important role in delivering innovative solutions to many of the world's leading technology companies. Working closely with leaders across product management, engineering, operations, and finance, you will help shape business strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and drive performance through data-driven decision-making.

• Provide concise and insightful commentary on business performance, key drivers, opportunities, and risks.
• Translate financial performance into actionable business insights that drive profitability improvement initiatives.
• Develop financial scenarios, strategic analyses, and decision-support models to guide leadership.
• Lead revenue forecasting and partner with demand and supply planning to ensure accurate signals to manufacturing.
• Support evaluation of customer opportunities, new product launches, footprint optimization, capacity expansions, and strategic investments.
• Drive automation, reporting improvements, and data quality initiatives by leveraging Snowflake, Power BI, and other tools to improve decision-making and visibility.

• Strong analytical, economic thinking, and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Clear, concise communication with both finance and non-finance audiences
• Ownership mindset: organized, deadline-driven and accountable for quality without close supervision
• Comfort with change, competing priorities and evolving processes in a fast-moving business
• A collaborative working approach and genuine interest in improving how work gets done

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, operations finance, or business partnering roles.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with complex data.

• Experience supporting a global business unit or product line.
• Experience partnering with product management, engineering, or operational leaders to drive business performance.
• Experience working across global teams and manufacturing sites.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
• Experience with forecasting, capital investments, profitability analysis, or strategic finance initiatives.

For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
