Chamberlain is comprised of the College of Nursing and the College of Health Professions. The College of Nursing offers a three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program and flexible post‑licensure programs, such as the RN to BSN option, Master of Science in Nursing degree program, Doctor of Nursing Practice degree program, and graduate certificates. Job Description Opportunity at a GlanceThe Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising day‑to‑day operation of clinical shared services processes. Assigns and oversees completion of daily workload and resolves student issues when they are escalated for special handling. Acts as a subject matter expert of the team they supervise.
Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day operations of the team to ensure efficient delivery of services to students in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Monitor operations to ensure practices are in compliance with federal, state and accreditation and corporate regulations.
- Evaluate the performance, including monitoring phone and case quality and employee coaching and development. Ensures that team members know and understand their responsibilities, authorities, accountabilities and how to meet expectations of their role.
- Monitor team and individual performance.
- Provide manager with tracking, reporting, assessment of outcomes and recommendations for changes when necessary.
- Serve as the escalation point for students as necessary. Respond to and resolve escalated student issues in a timely manner and with CARE. Provide information regarding resolution to students and also to any employee involved in handling the student issue.
- Evaluate and review current compliance practices and processes. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for department.
- Designated Campus Security Authority.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2 years of student service experience required, at least some of which should be in a supervisory capacity.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and shift focus based on business need while maintaining attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of immunizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with students and colleagues at varying professional levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199.33 and $86,253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
