Benedictine Living is seeking a Spiritual Care Director in Lisle, IL to provide spiritual and emotional support for residents, families, and staff. You will develop strategic plans and budgets while guiding ethical decisions and bereavement resources within the campus community.
You will lead staff and volunteers, educate teams on the role of spiritual care in health and healing, and collaborate as part of the Interdisciplinary Team to uphold compassionate care values.
