Job Description

Planet Technology’s direct end-user client is looking for a Service Now Lead Solution Engineer to join them on a full-time, permanent, salaried basis in Lisle, IL area. Must be on site three days a week in a hybrid and remote environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of with Service Now experience
• Experience with ITOM and ITSM
• Experience with CMDB and CSDM
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Bachelors' Degree required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
