Senior Integration Architect

We are seeking a Senior Integration Architect to lead the strategy and execution of enterprise integration capabilities. In this role, you'll shape a modern, future-ready integration landscape by transforming legacy platforms into API-driven, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures.
This position is located onsite at our WHQ in Lisle, IL.

You'll define the integration vision, roadmap, and standards, ensuring secure, scalable connectivity across systems. Partnering closely with Digital Strategy and technology leaders, you'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding key architectural decisions and driving enterprise-wide modernization. Additionally, you will lead integration governance, establishing standards for lifecycle management, reuse, and security while ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements. You will be a collaborative leader who can influence across teams and drive large-scale transformation.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in integration or enterprise architecture, strong expertise in API-first and event-driven design, and hands-on knowledge of modern integration platforms. At least a bachelor's degree with 11 or more years of Information Technology or IT Architecture experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
