Cognos Reporting Specialist
MUST HAVE:
Solid Cognos Reporting Experience. Position would be hybrid Tuesday-Thursday in office to collaborate. They may need to travel occasionally to other facilities.
++++ IBM Cognos Analytics and strong Business Analyst background is needed here. +++ Must Have
Skills:
- 4 years hands-on experience with building reports, dashboards and alerts using IBM Cognos Analytics versions 11.0 and above
- High level understanding of Cognos packages and models
- Working knowledge and experience in SQL (Oracle or SQL Server or MySQL)
- Provide subject matter expertise to business users
- Certification in Cognos Reports Authoring a plus
- Experience with performance tuning of reports a plus
- Previous experience with (WMS, Manhattan Active Warehouse Management) Warehouse Management domain a plus or ability to quickly ramp up on newer domains
- Ability to gather business requirements from user and create necessary SDLC documents
