Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications that effectively communicate the design vision.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into innovative design solutions.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to inform design decisions.
• Design and prototype interactive user interfaces using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure consistency in design language and user experience across different platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall design process.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of the design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
