REMPREX is seeking an Level I Support Technician in Lisle, IL for on-site IT support of AGS. You’ll handle tickets, diagnose hardware and software issues, communicate with clients, and perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
The role requires practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VoIP, plus Windows Server environments and Active Directory. A driver’s license, passport, and certifications are preferred.
