NTT DATA is seeking an Onsite End‑User Support and Backup Technician in Lisle, Illinois. The primary responsibility is to provide on‑site technical support for incidents and service requests, diagnosing and resolving issues while delivering an exceptional support experience to a key client.

• Provide end‑user support for technical incidents and service requests at the client site.
• Troubleshoot, replace parts, perform system upgrades, deploy and repair desktops and notebooks.
• Manage shipping, receiving, tracking, and inventory of laptops, desktops, and peripherals, ensuring accurate asset records.
• Identify potential issues that could impact end‑user experience and take corrective action.
• Update and resolve tickets in a timely manner to meet Service Levels.
• Serve as a secondary backup for VIP support when the primary technician is unavailable.
• Respond to calls after normal business hours as directed.

• Regular travel to East Chicago, IN, approximately one to two times per month for day trips.
• Mileage beyond the normal commute to Lisle, IL will be reimbursed per company policy.
• Occasional domestic travel, including overnight stays, may be required.

• 3+ years of relevant IT support experience (remote and onsite).
• Experience working in a Windows operating system environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30 lbs or more.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Travel to East Chicago, IN, a minimum of once per month is required.

• Excellent client service skills with strong written and verbal communication.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent, with additional hardware platform certifications a plus.
• Ability to perform required tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Domestic travel with overnight stays may be required occasionally.
• Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.

-based positions, with an hourly range of $27/hr to $34/hr actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
