Change Management Leader

Serves as key leader within a product team, working closely with product owners and other stakeholders to lead the design, development and execution of various change management activities. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for taking initiative, solving problems, and accommodating multiple deadlines. They are experienced driving customer / user adoption of digital products through impactful communications, training, and activities.

Implementing change management tools, processes, and standards; coaching IT leaders on their usage.
