International Motors’ Procurement Digitalization team is looking for a Procurement Digital

Innovation Product Owner who is passionate about using technology, data, and process improvement to make a real business impact.
This position is based on site at our International WHQ's in Lisle, IL.

In this role, you'll take ownership of critical procurement systems, helping drive enhancements, prioritize improvements, and ensure our digital tools continue to meet the evolving needs of the business. You'll also lead and support multiple projects from idea to implementation, keeping initiatives on track, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery.

Data will play an important part in your day-to-day work. Using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI, you'll transform complex data into meaningful insights and visualizations that help drive smarter business decisions. You'll be responsible for connecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to create reliable reporting and actionable recommendations.

The qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree with at least two years of process improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience; a master's degree with at least one year of related experience; or at least five years of equivalent process improvement experience.
