We are expanding and seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician who is excited to work on state‑of‑the‑art equipment and driven to make things better every day. In this role, you will keep machines running efficiently through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and hands‑on repairs, while collaborating with production and engineering to optimize performance. You will also serve as the primary material handler and provide support to Shipping and Receiving as needed to ensure smooth material flow and overall plant efficiency.
OurIdeal Candidate:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts or other material handling equipment.
- Mechanically inclined; PLC knowledge a plus but not required.
- Welding or electrical experience a plus but not required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus but not required.
- Perform preventive maintenance on fiber tube lasers, CNC bending machines, cutting, and end‑forming equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Serve as primary material handler, unload/load trucks, assist shipping and receiving as needed.
- Communicate with production, operators, and engineering about machinery status and repair needs.
